Qualifications

• Provide courteous customer service to employees, visitors and the public while enforcing site procedures.
• Carry out access-control requirements and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular armed patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and the public at a government transportation location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities.
• Carry authorized firearms and other assigned equipment in accordance with applicable laws and Allied Universal policies.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of transportation facilities, surrounding grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas to deter incidents.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; notify appropriate personnel as directed.
• Document patrols and incidents in clear, accurate reports and communicate information to supervisors.
