Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Magna, UT. This role offers fixed schedules with an anchor shift and optional additional shifts to increase earnings.

The position involves armed patrols, access control, and customer service at an aerospace/defense site with pay at 27.99 USD per hour. Ideal candidates are 21+ years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and have CPR or alarm panel experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following applicable protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry to controlled areas in accordance with site requirements.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, patrol activities, and observed conditions, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
