Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Industry-specific training may be required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following site protocols.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of facilities and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, vehicles, and deliveries.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and patrol reports for site management.
