The Security Officer Flex Armed Patrol in Ontario, CA provides hands-on experience across diverse sites and opportunities for advancement within the company.

You will work 30–40 hours per week with a variable schedule and self-scheduling through our Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift program.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Armed security/military/law enforcement experience of at least 1 year.
• Able to work varying shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Hold a California weapons permit with a 9mm endorsement.
• High school diploma or equivalent; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or notify authorities in emergencies.
• Warn violators and manage entry points.
• Observe personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper removal.
• Investigate incidents and maintain post logs.
• Assist customers, employees and visitors professionally.
• Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
