Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver in Ventura, CA. Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Background check and drug screen are required by law.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and the public while following security procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and according to post orders.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and document visitor activity and patrol observations.
• Communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal supervision regarding security concerns.
