Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time role requires a DoD Secret clearance and a Texas Level III Armed Certification, with a driver’s license and 21+ age. You’ll perform armed patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents in aerospace/defense sites.

Key responsibilities include customer service, reporting, and following site-specific policies while maintaining safety and security across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Texas Level III Armed Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location while carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and with clear reporting.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, deliveries, and contractors.
• Document observations and incidents accurately and communicate with leadership and site contacts.
