Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of armed security or comparable protective-services experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a court/government environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing security personnel and schedules.
• Experience with armed security operations.
• Ability to complete background checks, clearances, and client approvals.
• Must meet armed-security licensing, firearms, and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day security operations across multiple facilities.
• Maintain staffing schedules and ensure posts are staffed.
• Supervise security personnel including officers and supervisors.
• Conduct site inspections and performance reviews.
• Coordinate onboarding, background screening, and clearance processing.
• Monitor attendance, conduct, and performance; review incidents and logs.
• Coordinate training and firearms qualifications.
• Oversee screening operations and maintain professional standards.
• Prepare operational and performance reports.
• Coordinate staffing for events and hearings.
• Identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
