Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while carrying out site-specific screening procedures and emergency response activities.
• Screen individuals and belongings using screening equipment; identify prohibited items and follow reporting protocols.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and help maintain orderly entry and exit flow.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols and report unusual activity or hazards.
