Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations per site protocols.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of premises including exterior perimeter and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate reports and maintain documentation of patrols and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the business, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate reports and maintain required documentation for patrols, incidents, and security-related activities.
