Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Armed Patrol in El Paso, TX. You will protect client locations, perform regular armed patrols, control access, and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of armed security experience, Texas Level III armed certification, and a high school diploma. A background check and drug screen are required; a driver’s license is needed for driving posts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Level III Armed Certification in Texas required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to transportation personnel, passengers, visitors, and vendors while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of transportation facilities, yards, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents calmly, follow site procedures, and contact emergency services when appropriate.
• Maintain armed post equipment and documentation in compliance with laws and Allied Universal policies.
