Excelsior Defense, Inc. is seeking an Armed Security Officer to join our team in the Sanford area. This part-time night-shift position (9pm to 5am, Sunday and Monday) focuses on patrol, high visibility presence, and access control to protect client premises, assets, and personnel.

Responsibilities include conducting rounds, responding to disturbances, and producing hourly reports with photos. Must hold a valid D and G security license and own a firearm; prior security experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum part-time availability with night shifts (9pm–5am) on Sundays and Mondays.
• Active D and G security license required (must be current).
• Own weapon required to perform duties and protect property and staff.
• Experience as security officer or related role preferred.
• Proven ability to write clear reports with photos on an hourly basis.

• Act lawfully in defense of life or property and detain violators when necessary.
• Prepare timely reports with accompanying photographs every hour.

Excelsior Defense are seeking an Armed Security Officer to become part of our exceptional team. Excelsior Defense is looking for a part time to protect our client's premises, assets, and personnel. The selected individual task is to patrol the area, high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions and maintain access control into the property. Doing rounds, scanning in different points throughout the property in the housing contract.

Looking for a dedicated worker who will do reports with pictures every hour. e must provide our clients with a "reliable" Security officer.

The officer needs to be prompt with patrolling the community to making sure everything is safe.

This position is in the Sanford Area

Part Time: 9pm to 5am Sunday and Monday

Qualifications:

• Protect company's property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
• Act lawfully in direct defense or life or property
• Apprehend criminals and evict violators
• Report in detain any suspicious incidents
• Report Writing

Skills Required

• Proven work experience as a security officer or relevant position
• Valid D and G security License (Needs to be active with both Security License)
• Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
• Must have your own weapon
• Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/Protocols

Base Rate: 19.01 hourly
