Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to store customers, employees, vendors, and visitors while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the retail location and surrounding areas.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner per emergency procedures.
• Monitor access points and receive deliveries as directed, reporting suspicious activity.
• Prepare clear reports and documentation of incidents and patrols.
