Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and coordinate with authorities as needed.
• Conduct armed patrols of government buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening and badge checks.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents and patrols.
