Allied Universal in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Security Officer - Part Time Enhanced to provide reliable security services at a designated site. This role offers flexible hours, anchor shifts, and opportunities to pick up extra shifts through the Earn More program.

The position pays $20.55 per hour, with day and night schedules; requirements include security experience, CPR/First Aid preferred, and a high school diploma. Join a leading team delivering safety for employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site policies, maintaining awareness of activity throughout the location.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
