Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company in North America, seeks an Armed Security Officer for a wealth management location in New York. This part-time role offers a set evening schedule and an hourly pay rate of $46, with opportunities to grow and explore new shifts through our Claim a Shift platform.

You will patrol, monitor access, respond to alarms, and deliver excellent service to employees and clients in a financial institution.

Qualifications

• Armed Guard Card/License is required.
• Law Enforcement Officer License is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as per law.

Responsibilities

• Provide security services at a financial institution; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Conduct armed patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter incidents.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, manage visitors per site policies.
• Respond to incidents and alarms professionally, documenting actions taken.
• Maintain equipment readiness and communicate with supervisors and emergency personnel.
