Qualifications

• Armed Guard Card or License required.
• Law Enforcement Officer License preferred.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Industry-specific security training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and assist with visitor management as required.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain documentation regarding incidents, patrols, observations, and other security activities.
