Job Description

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while maintaining a professional presence.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the assigned location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report observations according to established protocols.
• Assist visitors, staff, and/or contractors with directions or information as needed in accordance with site guidelines.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and/or emergency personnel when required during incidents.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and/or patrols as required Researchers and the location.
• Follow all Allied Universal and client‑specific protocols regarding the handling of firearms and other security‑related equipment.
