Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• State/local security license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Baton certification is preferred.
• Handcuffing certification is preferred.
• Must be 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public per site procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening and direction.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and professionally.
• Prepare accurate patrol and incident reports and maintain logs.
