Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer for morning shifts in Spartanburg, SC. The role involves patrols, access control, and responding to incidents at a financial institution and similar facilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Valid driver's license required per policy.
• Armed guard card/license preferred.
• Handcuffing certification preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to financial institution clients, visitors, and employees by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry and exit per site requirements; document unusual activity and escalate as needed.
• Maintain reports and incident documentation; communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
