Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Armed Security Officer Mobile Driving Role in Corinne, UT. The position is full-time and involves patrolling aerospace/defense facilities, driving routes, and monitoring access points to deter security incidents.

You will respond to alarms, conduct routine inspections, and maintain incident reports while upholding site policies and laws. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license and preferably an Armed Guard Card, with 21+ age for armed roles.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• An Armed Guard Card or License is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following site procedures and applicable laws.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, restricted areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials and authorized entry, and report suspicious activity or policy violations to site leadership.
• Maintain required reports, patrol documentation, and incident records in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Pay Rate: $27.99 / Hour

• Mon 06:00 AM - 04:30 PM
• Tue 06:00 AM - 04:30 PM
• Wed 06:00 AM - 04:30 PM
• Thur 06:00 AM - 04:30 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• An Armed Guard Card or License is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
