Job Summary

Our Armed Security Officers are responsible for securing the premises and personnel by patrolling, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, guarding entry points, and verifying visitors.

Responsibilities

1. Secure the designated station with professionalism and discipline.
2. Check in visitors, guests, and employees.
3. Follow security SOPs strictly.
4. Perform routine perimeter patrols to ensure checkpoints are secure.
5. Respond swiftly to security issues and report them.
6. Monitor security cameras to ensure safety and security.
7. Maintain security equipment and systems in working order during shifts.

Required Skills and Abilities

1. Must be at least 21 years old as per state law.
2. Own and possess a firearm and holster.
3. Experience with de-escalation, conflict resolution, self-defense, and crowd control.

Education and Experience

1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. At least 2 years of experience as an armed security officer, law enforcement, or military.
3. At least 2 years of customer service experience.
4. Valid state license to carry (e.g., CPL, CCW).
5. First Aid/CPR certification preferred.

Schedule and Availability

Night shift: 3 days on, 4 days off, then 4 days on, 3 days off, from 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM. Shifts include Sundays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Weekend availability is required.
