Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Must possess or obtain: CPR/AED and First Aid, firearm qualifications, NWDTP certification, OC/Baton/handcuffing, defensive tactics.
• Minimum of two years armed security experience or US military service or armed civilian law enforcement experience.
• Minimum age 21 or as required by law.
• Able to operate radio/console equipment and communicate with the public.
• Strong English communication and problem solving; detail oriented.
• Active listening and de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide armed protective services per Allied Universal standards.
• Conduct armed patrols and access control to protect people and property.
• Monitor CCTV and alarms and report safety concerns.
• Respond to emergencies with professionalism and adherence to protocols.
• Build and maintain relationships with client staff and guests.
• Greet visitors, answer questions, and assist as needed.
• Patrol the facility on foot or vehicle.
• Follow site-specific directives and post orders.
