Qualifications

• Required - High School diploma or equivalent.
• Required - 1 year of experience in Security, law enforcement, or military.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of practice and clean DMV report.
• Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI), and firearms training.
• IAHSS Certification to be obtained within 90 days of promotion/hire.
• Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of the FTO Program within the first 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Enforces all company safety and security rules, regulations, and policies on company property.
• Conducts routine inspections of on-site and off-site locations of the company.
• Investigates accidents and other incidents and reports all occurrences in a timely manner.
• Performs opening/lockdown of all buildings and related safety duties.
• Participates in emergency response and related preparedness drills.
• Maintains required annual certifications and completes training within required time periods.
• Adapts behavior to the patient population and respects privacy.
• Other related duties as required.
