Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Two (2) years of service in the United States Armed Forces, including Reserve or National Guard service; or two years of security experience; or an Associate's degree in Security or related field; or completion of police officer basic training.

Responsibilities

• Provide armed security services for government facilities and assets.
• Conduct access control and traffic control per procedures.
• Perform walking and motorized patrols to deter threats.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, incidents, and security events.
• Inspect personnel, vehicles, buildings, and facilities.
• Inspect packages and property as required.
• Monitor activity and identify security risks.
• Document incidents and activity in reports/logs.
• Interact professionally with personnel and visitors.
• Maintain equipment and readiness standards.
• Support emergency response and incident management.
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
