Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Armed Security Guard certification through DCJS required.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate via radio, phone, and in person.
• Escort government personnel, visitors, contractors, and the public.
• Perform access control and traffic control per procedures.
• Conduct walking and motorized patrols to identify security concerns.
• Enforce post orders, SOPs, and regulations.
• Protect personnel, facilities, equipment, property, and resources.
• Inspect personnel, vehicles, buildings, and facilities.
• Conduct package inspections as required.
• Monitor areas for suspicious activity and safety risks.
• Accurate reporting and documentation of activities.
• Support emergency response and incident management.
• Work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
