• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency services when needed.
• Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and security-related equipment, documenting observations, incidents, and patrol activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Carry authorized firearms and related equipment in compliance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal policies, and site-specific post orders.

You will conduct routine patrols, operate a vehicle as part of assigned duties, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $26.79 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A valid firearms permit is preferred.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
