Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Armed Security Officer for full-time patrols in Jacksonville, FL. You will monitor banking areas, control access, deter incidents, and respond to alarms with professionalism. Prior access control, badge experience, and customer service skills are preferred.

Access control and badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to members, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of banking areas, offices, parking areas, ATM locations, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, vendors, and visitors in accordance with site-specific procedures.
Respond to alarms, incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
Prepare accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation while maintaining a professional presence at the location.
