Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior experience in Military Police, law enforcement, corrections, or comparable armed security role.
• Massachusetts License to Carry (LTC) is required.
• Legal authorization to carry and operate a firearm according to regulations.
• Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas and identify security risks or hazards.
• Deter, detect and respond to threats or incidents professionally.
• Control access points and monitor premises to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Provide emergency response and coordinate with law enforcement when needed.
• Maintain accurate incident reports and documentation.
• Interact with the public professionally while enforcing site rules.
• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency personnel as required.
