Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Armed Security Officer Flex in Denver. You will patrol designated areas on foot or by vehicle, monitor entrances, and respond to incidents, using our shift-pickup platform to build a schedule that fits your availability.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience), valid driver’s license where applicable, and successful background and drug screening. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Must be 18+ (21+ if armed).
• No prior experience required applicable.
• Ability to operate radio/console equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department when needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports; maintain logs.
• Aide customers, employees, visitors courteously and professionally.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
