Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required per Allied Universal policy.
• Armed guard card or license required.
• At least four years of military or law enforcement experience or a criminal justice degree.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check conducted as per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• State/local licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and execute security-related procedures at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and with proper escalation and reporting.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of premises, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry according to site procedures and maintain professional interactions.
• Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and communicate information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
