Allied Universal in Buzzards Bay, MA seeks a Security Officer Armed Enhanced Part Time Perimeter Patrol. You will provide armed security at a government military installation, with fixed shifts and optional extra shifts to increase earnings.

The role requires an armed guard card, 21+, high school diploma, and background check; CPR/First Aid preferred; firearms permit preferred. The position offers flexible scheduling, training, and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Have at least 6 months of armed security‑related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A valid firearms permit is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Participate in industry‑specific security‑related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and authorized contractors at a government military installation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report as required.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor activity and incidents.
• Maintain a professional armed presence while complying with laws, post orders, and policies.
