Qualifications

• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Possession of a Guard Card or License is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the facility and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, control visitor entry, and log activity.
• Maintain armed officer qualifications and handle equipment per policy.
