Job summary

DSI Security Services in Leroy, AL is seeking Armed Security Officers with prior military or law enforcement experience. Responsibilities include armed response, access control, patrols, and report writing to protect clients and the public.

The role requires at least 21 years old, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license with a concealed carry permit. Shifts include Second and Third. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior military or Class I law enforcement experience preferred.
• Concealed carry permit required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors.
• Provide visible patrols (vehicle and foot) to deter unsafe activity.
• Control access at gates, checkpoints, and restricted areas.
• Conduct searches and escorts as required.
• Respond to calls for service, incidents, and emergencies.
• Follow all post instructions and complete reports accurately.
