Job summary

Security Engineers, Inc. is seeking an Armed Flex Security Officer for 1st shift to protect facilities in Alabama. You will monitor access, enforce site policies, and assist staff and visitors while maintaining a professional presence and rapid response to incidents.

Role requires training and licenses for armed security, a valid driver’s license, and 21+ years old, with physical fitness to meet Navy standards and dependability for weekend scheduling. Benefits and paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold or obtain a valid ASRB License issued by the state of Alabama.
• Must have a valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass Armed training and possess a valid pistol permit.
• Must pass a background investigation.
• Must pass a psychological and medical assessment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor access points and verify identification and credentials.
• Enforce security procedures and client policies.
• Maintain a professional appearance in a clean uniform.
• Respond to alarms and incidents using established procedures.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and reporting.
