• Prior experience in Military Police, law enforcement, corrections, or comparable armed security role required
• Valid armed guard license where required by state law
• Legal authorization to carry and operate a firearm in accordance with applicable regulations
• Regulatory compliance: understanding of federal, state, and local security and firearm regulations
• Schedule flexibility: ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

We areseekinga highly skilled Armed Security Officer, multiple locations in the Twin Cities area, to protect client assets, ensure the safety of personnel, andmaintaina secure environment at designated locations. This position requires vigilance, sound judgment under pressure, andstrict adherence to all security protocols and regulations.

This role is considered safety-sensitive due to responsibilities involving public interaction, emergency response, and the authorized handling of firearms. Candidates mustdemonstrateprofessionalism, composure, and the ability to make responsible decisions in high-stress situations.

Scheduling:

Tuesdays and Thursdays to reflect scheduled trainings, additional Flex hours picked up intermittently.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Requirements:

This position requires significant physical activity throughout the shift. Officers must be able to:

Walk and stand for extended periods (including completing multiple rounds and patrols of up to 1-2 miles per shift)

Frequently climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as required by site patrol routes

Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Maintain alertness and situational awareness during all patrols

Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
