Qualifications

• Must possess a Level III Armed Guard Card in Texas.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures and security protocols.
• Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification, maintaining visitor records, and directing guests according to established access procedures.
• Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and security-related systems from a stationary post; report unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation protocols.
• Maintain accurate logs, complete required reports, and communicate professionally with bank personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
