Qualifications

• Ability to work the scheduled shifts on a regular basis.
• Clear, courteous communication with customers and staff.
• Observe and evaluate security risks with or without surveillance systems.
• Able to maintain awareness for extended periods.
• Capable of moving through a large facility and stairs.
• Maintain weapons and emergency response certifications.
• Think clearly under pressure and lead when needed.
• Stamina to stand, walk, or sit for long periods.
• Wear a security uniform and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Lift and carry up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, vendors, and assets.
• Perform security patrols, opening/closing procedures, and post duties.
• Monitor CCTV and respond to security concerns and incidents.
• Greet visitors, manage access control, and enforce policies.
• Investigate incidents and document findings as needed.
• Support cash handling security and loss prevention activities.
• Assist with employee access control and security administration.
• Provide security support for events and off-site activities.
