Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years armed security experience in commercial security, military, or law enforcement.
• Active, retired, or honorably discharged service member of US Armed Forces, National Guard, or Reserve.
• Associate degree or completion of twenty-four college credits.
• Graduation from a law enforcement basic training academy with at least 1 year of law enforcement experience.

Responsibilities

• Enforce access control for authorized individuals, packages, and vehicles.
• Operate security screening equipment (walk-through detectors, hand-held metal detectors, x-ray machines).
• Identify and address security threats per protocols.
• Prevent, detect, and apprehend unauthorized access or violations of laws.
• Execute emergency procedures and provide security assistance during crises.
• Conduct roving guard services and perimeter/interior patrols.
• Monitor intrusion, surveillance, and access control systems.
• Provide escort and courier services for personnel and property.
• Perform CPR, AED, and first aid as needed.
• Maintain accurate incident reports and logs.
