Job summary

Martinez and Company is actively seeking Florida Class D and Armed G licensed security officers to support our Critical Infrastructure Security Team across Hillsborough and Manatee Counties. This part-time, 2nd shift role pays $18.00–$24.00 per hour with on-the-job and paid training, including a 12-hour new-hire period.

Responsibilities include customer service, policy enforcement, incident response, and regular patrols of client sites.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills and ability to read and follow complex instructions.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including days, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good physical condition with ability to walk, lift up to 50 pounds and wear uniform as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by implementing safety and security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and use problem-solving skills.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter; adapt to client site conditions.
