Martinez and Company, Inc. is seeking disciplined security officers with Florida Class D and Armed G licenses to join our Critical Infrastructure Security Team on the 1st shift in Hillsborough and Manatee counties, Florida.

Starting compensation is $18.00–$24.00 per hour, with training provided. The role includes on-site work, flexible scheduling, and a sign-on bonus of $250 for qualified candidates who meet all requirements.

Qualifications

• Florida Class 'D' and 'G' security licenses required.
• 40-hour Unarmed Security Officer Course completed; 28-hour Armed Officer Course completed.
• TWIC credential required.
• Proof of high school diploma, college degree, or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by implementing safety procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and use problem-solving skills.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter.
