Armed Security Officer - Correctional Facility

We are hiring full-time and part-time Armed Security Guards in Troy, NC. This role involves patrolling correctional facilities and ensuring security inside and outside the premises.

$21 / Hr with a $2,000 hiring bonus for candidates with an active Armed NCPPSB guard card.

Shift details: 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am).

This role does NOT involve inmate interaction.

Requirements: Applicants must be 21 or older, possess a valid driver’s license in good standing, and be able to certify at range or obtain an active armed NCPPSB guard card. Prior experience in security, corrections, military, or law enforcement is preferred.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.

• Complete industry-specific security training.
• Possess required licensing as per local laws.
• Have a valid driver’s license in good standing.
