Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, seeks an Armed Security Officer (CPO) for full-time patrols in Charlotte, NC. You will protect clients in financial institutions, conduct regular armed patrols, deter unauthorized activity, and provide exceptional service while adhering to site policies. Position Type: Full Time.

Pay rate is $29.40 per hour. Work schedule includes Mon-Sun shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Certified Protection Officer certification is required.
• Armed guard license or certification preferred.
• Must be 21+ for armed roles and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen will be performed as per laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution while following security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate/report as required.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization, reporting unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity records per procedures.
