Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies using established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization; report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity records per procedures.
