Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution while following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and observe activity around banking areas and restricted locations.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular armed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and patrol reports and share information with supervision and site contacts.
