Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of security-related experience.
• Armed badge guard card/license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide security for visitors, staff, and vendors at a government services location.
• Control access by monitoring entry points and verifying identification.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate to medical or law enforcement when needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter incidents.
• Document observations and communications in written reports and logs.
