Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking Armed Arrestee Transport Officers for interview in Lutz, FL. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour for qualified positions, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Requirements include two years of qualifying experience in law enforcement or related fields, plus valid licenses and background screening. Roles involve patrols, incident response, and client-site support across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of qualifying experience in law enforcement, corrections, military police, or qualifying military experience.
• Must be able to pass background checks and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Provide customer service to clients by following safety and security procedures and site policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, and assist with emergency responses.
• Conduct regular patrols around the business and perimeter; vary by client site.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate’s degree or 60 credits in law enforcement or criminal justice

Bachelor’s degree in law enforcement or criminal justice
