Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years combined experience in law enforcement, corrections, or military, or 5 years armed security experience.
• Pennsylvania recquirement: Act 235 qualification for armed roles and PA Concealed Carry Weapons permit.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and follow security procedures on site.
• Respond to incidents calmly and solve problems.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the site and perimeter.
• Enforce site rules and protect assets and information.
• Maintain proficiency with protective equipment and weapons.
• Greet guests, escort visitors, and monitor ingress/egress points.
• Report safety concerns and security breaches to client and team.
• Act as first responder in emergencies, provide basic first aid when needed.
