Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer - Armed - Access Control and Patrol in Lebanon, PA. You will provide armed security, conduct site patrols, monitor access points, and deliver courteous customer service while maintaining a safe environment.

This part-time position offers pathways to full-time armed opportunities. Requirements include Act 235 qualification for PA, valid Concealed Carry Weapons permit, at least 21 years old,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of combined experience in law enforcement, corrections, or military service.
• Alternatively, 5 years of armed security experience.
• PA Act 235 qualification required for positions in Pennsylvania.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Preserve order and enforce rules, regulations, and directives for the site.
• Maintain proficiency in the use of all assigned protective equipment and weapons.
• Greet guests and employees, escort visitors and secure ingress/egress points.
• Follow post orders and report safety concerns and breaches via written and verbal communication.
