Job summary

TriCorps in San Antonio, TX is hiring an Armed Level III Security Officer to safeguard people and property on client sites. You must hold a valid Texas PSB Level III License (Armed) and project a professional presence.

This role offers full-time and part-time shifts, days, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will monitor access, assist employees, enforce rules, respond to emergencies, and report on incidents, while upholding TriCorps standards of integrity and service.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas PSB Level III License (Armed) required.
• Reliable, professional, and able to respond confidently to situations.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to client properties, ensuring authorized entry and maintaining security standards.
• Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors while representing TriCorps with professionalism.
• Enforce site-specific rules, regulations, and procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and facilities.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or security incidents, coordinating with management or local authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential security risks and address safety concerns.
• Prepare accurate reports detailing daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Support management and client directives to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
