Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Active Texas PSB Level III Armed Security License (required).
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Strong judgment, communication skills, and situational awareness.
• Ability to meet requirements for work in secure government environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of parking lots and surrounding areas.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft, vandalism, loitering, and criminal activity.
• Observe and identify suspicious behavior and safety hazards.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and security incidents.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and timely incident and activity reports.
• Support client directives to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
